At The Suffolk Punch, we highlight local and seasonal ingredients partnered with scratch-made processes. From sauces to stocks, components are made in-house and consciously sourced from sustainable regional farms. It takes longer, but it’s a difference you’ll notice in all of our dishes. Our team of culinary craftspeople spin novel takes on familiar favorites to provide diners with a new experience—a better experience—that changes with each visit and each season.
